- 1 cup cornmeal (fine ground not coarse)
- 4 cups water
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tbs. oil
- black pepper
- hot pepper to taste (You can add a hot pepper grated or just add Tabasco sauce which is what we do at GLA)
Add water into a medium pot and bring to a boil. Sauté garlic and onion in oil in medium pot. Add water into a pot and bring to boil. Combine remaining ingredients in pot. Stir mixture repeatedly to avoid clumps.
